Additional fees

Users are responsible for internet, mobile data, device, banking, foreign exchange, and other third-party charges. Taxes will be displayed according to the checkout configuration and applicable law.

Payment methods supported by our payment processor. Stripe is the current expected payment processor.

Payment timing

For subscriptions, payment is charged at checkout and then automatically at each renewal unless cancelled.

Service start timing

Paid access is provided immediately or shortly after successful payment and account activation unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Subscription term and renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions may be offered later and will show their renewal terms before checkout.

Cancellation

Users may cancel before the next renewal through account billing settings where available, or by contacting support if billing settings are unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewal, but access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We do not provide partial-month refunds or refunds for unused credits except where required by law, for duplicate charges or billing errors, or where we approve a refund for a significant service failure.

Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with proration where supported by our payment processor. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.

System requirements

ShadowLang requires a modern browser and internet access. Speech features require microphone access and supported browser features. Optional local AI models may require compatible hardware, storage, drivers, and third-party model licenses.

Application period and limits

Any trial period, promotional period, plan limit, usage limit, regional limit, or application deadline will be displayed before checkout when applicable.

Before paid checkout launches, the final confirmation screen will show the selected plan, price, included credits, payment timing, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund policy, and other required conditions before the user commits to pay.

We may provide translations of this disclosure for convenience. The English version is the controlling version. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
